1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how PADVICE ACCOUNTING AND MANAGEMENT – FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, IFZA Properties, United Arab Emirates (“PADVICE”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), collects, uses, and stores your personal data when you use our website and services. Personal data (“Personal Data”) shall be defined as information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact or locate an individual or a company. PADVICE may only process personal data for legitimate purposes as permitted or required under applicable UAE and Emirate of Dubai Data Protection Law (“DP Law”).
1.2 PADVICE shall not retain Personal Data for longer than it is needed, and PADVICE can only use it for the purpose it was originally collected for. Personal data received from third parties is protected and used only in ways explicitly agreed. Personal Data that is transferred to third parties must be appropriately safeguarded and managed in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. As and when required, Non-Disclosure Agreements are signed between PADVICE and third parties.

2.1 PADVICE’s clients have the rights concerning the collection, storage, and processing of their Personal Data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the framework under which PADVICE collects, processes, and protects Personal Data received from individuals and third parties.
2.2 PADVICE acknowledges that the fair, transparent, and lawful handling of Personal Data is essential to fostering trust and supporting the effective operation of its business. Accordingly, all PADVICE employees, contractors, and service providers are required to adhere to the provisions of this Policy when processing Personal Data on behalf of PADVICE. 3.1 When you interact with the Website or submit information through any of Our forms, PADVICE may collect certain categories of Personal Data, including but not limited to:

5. Data security
5.1 PADVICE shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
5.2 All PADVICE employees, contractors, and authorised personnel are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of PADVICE’s information systems. They are required to comply with this Policy and all related internal policies and procedures concerning the appropriate use and protection of devices, software, and other systems within PADVICE’s IT infrastructure.

PADVICE selects its service providers based on their adherence to internationally recognised privacy and data security standards, such as those set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. User Requests
8.1  PADVICE shall, upon written request, provide Users or their authorised representatives with information regarding the processing of their Personal Data, in accordance with the DP Law.
8.2  Requests for such information may be submitted electronically to the contact details provided on the Website. PADVICE shall respond to such requests within ten (10) business days.
8.3  Users are entitled to withdraw their consent to the processing of their Personal Data at any time by submitting a written request to PADVICE’s registered address, or electronically, in accordance with the procedures established under the DP Law.
8.4  Pursuant to the DP Law and this Policy, Users have the right to:
(a)   Request information regarding the nature, scope, and purposes of the processing of their Personal Data by PADVICE;
(b)  Object to or request the cessation of the processing of their Personal Data by PADVICE, in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 8.2 of this Policy.
9. Data Retention
PADVICE retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the specific purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this Policy, or as required to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. Upon expiration of the retention period, PADVICE shall ensure the secure deletion or anonymisation of such data in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices

PADVICE may utilise cookies or similar technologies to enhance the User’s browsing experience, analyse website usage, and deliver personalised content.
11. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be amended by PADVICE with the notification of Users and third parties by posting a new version of the amended policy on the Website. Changes to the Policy made by PADVICE come into force on the day following the day of its posting on the Website of the new version of the Policy.
